Pre-screening questionnaire: name, email, phone, state of residence, and general planning ranges you select — age range, household role, family situation, income and budget ranges, coverage goals, general health and tobacco status, and military or government affiliation.

Scheduling: when you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and appointment details under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only: (1) with insurance carriers at your direction when you choose to apply for coverage; (2) with the service providers that operate this site's intake and scheduling (Google Workspace and Calendly), who process it on our behalf; and (3) where required by law.
Our questionnaire asks only for general, range-based health and tobacco indicators so we can prepare relevant options for your consultation. Detailed medical information is collected later, and only by the insurance carrier during formal underwriting, under the carrier's own privacy practices — never through this website.
We use standard analytics tools — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, features used, and general usage patterns) so we can improve it. These tools use cookies and may record anonymized interactions; they do not collect the answers you provide in our questionnaire forms, and we do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use this site.
Your information is stored in access-controlled systems and retained only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of emails at any time, by writing to info@ayonicwealth.com. We honor deletion requests except where retention is required by insurance regulation.
This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
